The Process
Connect with who you are
Develop a healthy relationship with work
Build a life you love
Hi, my name is Matt.
I’ve been a nurse since 2000. For many of those years, I’ve also been a pastor. In both roles, I have helped people work through difficult times in their lives or careers.
When I think of the many great nurses I’ve worked with, I’m amazed at the way they the care for their patients, families, and friends. At the same time I’m saddened by how poorly they care for themselves.
As I started my journey to learn what it means to take better care of my life, I wanted to help other nurses do the same. I started Restoring Nurses as a way to share the lessons I’m learning along my journey and to help nurses who are ready to start their own journey start or continue.
So, if you are a nurse who is ready to learn what it means to take better care of your life, this is the place for you.
