You can have peace, joy, and success in both your life and you career.
I’ve worked for 24 years as a registered nurse. For most of that time, I have also been a pastor. In both capacities, I have had the honor of working with many people during difficult times in their lives or careers and helping them find a path through those times and toward the lives they want to live.
Now I’m using all that experience to help nurses build the lives they want. Whether you are just starting, or have been a nurse for decades, my 6 Pillars, outlined below, are the keys to the life you’ve dreamed of, but my have never thought could happen.
“Nursing can be rewarding and also overly demanding. Nurses sacrifice so much of ourselves for complete strangers and also our coworkers/team. Only others nurses can understand the paradox of both loving our jobs and also completely despising and regretting our career choice every single day. The ability to openly discuss the struggles and Triumphs of being a nurse in a safe space with other nurses has tremendously helped me.”

What to expect when working with me.
Envisioning: What does the life you want to life look like? Have you ever given yourself the opportunity to truly dream about what life could look like?
Identity: The foundation upon which the Pillars are built is your identity. Without a strong connection with who you really are, it’s impossible to do the work that needs to be done to build the life you want to live.
Boundaries:
My coaching program gets you one-on-one access to me. Together we will evaluate your needs and formulate a plan to address the most pressing needs first.
From there we will plan to address all six pillars of the Restored Life.
