Stretching for Nurses

Recently I shared 101 FREE (or cheap) Self-Care Ideas. There were a lot of great options on there. Among them was to stretch. Whether this is getting up from your desk for a quick stretch, or practicing stretching exercises, this can be great.
 
When I was writing that list, I wanted to share some great stretching exercises for nurses. The truth is that this is not my area of expertise. Fortunately, I’ve connected with a great trainer on TikTok named Chris Foy.
